Both Ryan and I were off work last week for Spring Break! We decided to be smart with our time and fix up our master bathroom. You'd think that 9 days would be plenty of time for fixing up the bathroom as well as plenty of time for lazing around. Well... as it turns out, vaulted ceilings make painting a bathroom a really big chore! After replacing a leaky shower door, replacing damaged sheet rock, adding trim to the skylight, and painting the walls and ceiling, we were finally finished with the dirty work on Thursday afternoon. I spent Friday morning shopping for accessories to give it a beachy feel.
Now, after 9 full days of work, we've accomplished everything on our list!
1. Master bathroom fixed up
2. Tree/brush removal at Mom and Dad Weaver's
3. Christmas Light removal at Gpa and Gma Courter's
4. Smoked brisket, pork butt, and ribs (Yum!)
5. Season 3 of the TV show 24
6. A bit of rest and relaxation (but not too much!)
